The Wedding Clinic is the brainchild of two powerhouse women, Payal Tekchandani Sheth, a business management graduate, and Dr. Shaili Sanghvi, a leading cosmetologist. Together, under the guidance of undisputed cosmetic skin care expert, Dr. Sonia Tekchandani, they created an offering that met skin care needs of brides with a discerning taste, and became an integral part of their story.
Today, The Wedding Clinic caters to a clientele that goes beyond brides, grooms, and their families; offering bespoke skin care treatments perfected with time and technique.

Renowned dermatologist and co-founder of Tender Skin International, Dr. Sonia Tekchandani has over 25 years of experience. She is known for her par excellence injector skills and her eye for facial aesthetics. An established author of 2 books and leading expert in aesthetic medicine, she has been listed in TOP 50 dermatologists of India, 2020.
A self-proclaimed workaholic, Dr. Teckchandani prefers the clinic to a spa day and is very particular about how she likes her pizza.

With over 10 years of experience in aesthetic cosmetology and 5 years with Tender Skin International in Mumbai & Dubai, Dr. Shaili Sanghvi partnered with the brand to create a one-of-a-kind skin care experience with The Wedding Clinic. To her, skin care is intrinsic to the overall well-being of an individual.
She is all about striking the perfect balance - whether it’s managing a five and an eighty-five year old, travelling the world, making time for herself, or cupcakes for her little one.

Co-Founder & CEO
A Management & Law graduate with a Business Practices scholarship, Payal joined the family business, Tender Skin International, as Operations Strategist after a 4-year stint in Entertainment Marketing. Payal believes that skin care is an inner journey that requires commitment and investment. Always keen on diversifying, she is the Director of Tender Skin Products Pvt. Ltd. - the nutraceutical and cosmeceutical products’ arm of the brand.
When she’s not donning the boss lady hat at work, Payal is mostly backpacking through new lands, experiencing new cultures and people.
